Yeah, without even clicking the link I can tell you it's the "Blood on the Asphalt (http://www.ocremix.org/album/id/8/super-street-fighter-ii-turbo-blood-on-the-asphalt/)" thing from OCRemix. Well, to be exact, the tracks from the actual game soundtrack (http://www.ocremix.org/album/id/12/oc-remix-super-street-fighter-ii-turbo-hd-remix-official-soundtrack/) are more like game-friendly remixes of those remixes.
