Without doing more research of my own I couldn't tell you for sure, but I seriously doubt that BG, BG2, and Diablo have anything other than probably a generic CD check, given how relatively old they are. If they had anything particularly heinous, I never heard anything about it before. I've never played Lands of Lore so couldn't tell you anything about them, but they're pretty old too I think, so it's probably the same deal.

As for Oblivion, I'm not sure. From what I've heard, they say that Fallout 3 has "the same DRM as Oblivion", and then it turns out that apparently Fallout 3 uses SecuROM (http://www.destructoid.com/fallout-3-securom-shenanigans-upset-gamers-109603.phtml) but supposedly "just for the CD check functionality (http://www.destructoid.com/securom-in-fallout-3-really-not-so-bad-after-all-109820.phtml)" or some such. Why they need SecuROM just for a CD check, I have no idea. So, I can't say for sure, but Oblivion may have SecuROM as well. Or, at least, it may have it now on newer burns of the disks, or maybe it's just on the GotY edition or something. I don't know for sure. I've been looking into it kind of half-assedly for the past few minutes and I haven't seen anything conclusive, one way or the other.
