Buggy Console Games
Jan. 22nd, 2010 02:03 pmI know a couple of you that read my LJ are big on the current gen games. I won't be stepping up to that platform until next year most likely, but I'd like to ask in advance to get an idea of a few things.
1. Which games can you think of that have annoying buggy shit fresh on the disc. Meaning, which games do you know on the PS3/360/Wii that tend to need online patching. The main one I can remember offhand is Fable II.
2. Which ones have you played that aren't buggy as hell, but have zero day DLC or intrusive/annoying ways of advertising DLC in-game (Dragon Age: Origins I believe is one like this.) or "free" one-time (ie: original consumer only) DLC downloads.
Yeah, I'm probably going to be trying to avoid both types of games, especially the one-time only bullshit since I'll likely be buying used most of the time except for a couple of specific times.
