Ugh.

I was fine today. You know that? Fine. I walked around a few hours, did a little shopping, more window shopping than shopping, but still. A bit over an hour into the work shift, my stomach started to hurt. Ok, perhaps I ate too much I said to myself and kept trying to go at it. Thinking back on what I ate during the day tho, no, I've eaten a lot more than that and not felt like crap. ^^; I almost threw up 3 times between 7:30 and 9:15pm. Each time had that cold sweat feel going on, and each time I got closer and closer to actually losing my contents of the day. I'd go into further detail but Kobanal has such a weak stomach when it comes to these things and he occasionally reads this. ^_-;;

Short story shorter, while I tried to hang on, I finally gave up, took a sick day (first one ever.) and called a cab to go home. I haven't felt like throwing up just yet, but my stomach is still hurting. Probably because the room is chilly that I haven't felt like throwing up tho. coldness is good for that burning fever type sensation. Trying to stay awake a bit longer before going to sleep. If I sleep right this second (or when I first got home) I'd definitely sleep - assuming the stomach didn't keep me up of course, but then I'd wake up around 6-7am and then be up all day and then go to work tired. -_-

Now, this is either the flu thing going around, or a case of food poisoning. It started soon after me starting to drink a diet cola but I doubt it was that. ^^ I ended up pouring the rest of it (almost all of it) out before leaving. My sister and her daughter had the flu thing on like Friday or something. They were better by the time I visited on Saturday (due to mother being in town and staying there) but that's possibly where I caught it. I had stayed the night there and all that.

Not staying up much longer all the same. I hope the guys at work don't have it too rough because of this. Monday's aren't the best at work as it is. -_-
