The National Student Center seems to have screwed up somehow again. I will be calling them later in the morning before I go to bed to find out WTF they're being paid for. Sometimes I seriously consider asking them that. When it takes them 7 months to approve you for a 6 month interest relief period, you know there are holes in the system. (Made worth by the fact that every single one of them are absolutely convinced their process is perfect.)
