This was reason 3 I guess. The damned thing got jammed. It attempted to return it to me 5 times before giving up. It had even approved the withdrawl, but upon failure to return the card, it also decided to cancel and reverse the withdrawl. Got a new card anyway - and going to the store again this morning. This time I'll just pay by interac.
