Hopefully we'd still be able to at least do a Ctrl+Alt+Delete -> End Task/End Process on the upgrade, and maybe manually delete it from the scheduled tasks. I don't know. With all the scuzzy, deceitful bullshit they've already pulled up to now, I wouldn't put it past them to redirect even that into "yay do the unwanted upgrade anyway!"

As always, the more they try to force this shit, the more I will actively oppose it, and then simply switch to Linux when that becomes no longer possible.
