Weekly Report
Apr. 23rd, 2005 09:37 pmNot much happening this week. Got a couple small things for Freya (Airflo gamepad and a new, hopefully better, webcam) and bought another Symphony X CD (The Damnation Game).
I also installed cdex, a free CD-ripping/mp3-encoding type of program. Quite nice. I tend to make some mixed audio CDs for when I go to work, from my ever growing collection of heavy metal cds. Being able to rip high quality mp3s comes in quite handy for this. I use to use Freeripmp3 for this purpose, but it couldn't encode as high a quality, and had trouble ripping from some of my CDs. Cdex has been able to get around that.
Going to try to work on my own web comic again tonight, although I doubt I'll upload a new comic until later on. I've been meaning to actually start doodling again to try to improve my lost skillz, but I keep putting it off. Hoping drawing Crap Art will at least get me use to sitting down to draw.
