Who da man?! WHO DA MAN?!

I've just completed my first ever internal computer upgrade that didn't involve hitting the side of the casing to make "the bad thing stop". I swapped out the 256meg DDR DIMM 2100 stick with a 512meg DDR DIM 2700 stick. Freya still works and reports the ram properly, so I must have done something right.

I also blew out the dust inside the darned thing. X_X I carefully dusted off the old stick of ram and put it away. I don't plan on ever needing it again, but at the same time it'd be good to have if something happens and I actually NEED it back. ^_^;

This marks the half-way point. I'm planning on getting another 512meg stick at the beginning of the month. Freya only has two sockets for ram so that'd max her out unless I ditched the sticks and bought 1gig sticks. I'm not doing that. ^^;
