That place is tiny. I also can't hold it without paying the damage deposit, which I can't do until monday. A recurring theme I'm sure to see. So basically since there's a few others going to see the place before then, they'll be calling me by saturday to let me know. While I'm not particularly waiting on them, there's little I'll be able to do with any place I check, as it'll end up being the same deal. (So being first means jack all.) If I am offered the tiny apartment, at least it's close to work, I'll only be staying there for the winter and early spring. During that time I'll be able to save up a lot of money to find a more permanent place.
Going to keep getting the paper to keep an eye out, and probably... reluctantly... expand the search to include places that are just looking for a roommate. When I have money on monday, I'll be able to actually hold an apartment or whatnot.
