So. I went out to buy perhaps a Sum 41 CD and pick up the Sega CD unit at the second hand store. (The guys down there had it held for me.)

I ended up with the following.
Sega CD unit + Ecco the Dolphin CD version.
Double Dragon for the Sega Master System.
A funky looking Sega Saturn controller. Looks like a Dreamcast controller wannabe.
Volume 1 of the Tsubasa Chronicles manga.
Volume 21 of the OMG manga. (They seem to have started doing it like everyone else. sweet.)
Two Sum 41 CDs. (Does This Look Infected? & Half Hour of Power)

Doing a quick search on google, looks like that's what it indeed is.

If it is, you got a good deal, that controller is hard to get, and Nights is hard to play on the regular controller.

Now if I can just find Nights eh? ^^; Right now just have a couple sports games and Duke Nukem 3d for the Saturn, which is why it's packed up for now. ^_^;

Ebay is the place. And even if it comes with another controller, Nights is a 2 player game! (You can play normal or vs.)

Also, the Christmas Nights Demo is pretty neat too for a demo disc.

Ebay is a pain in the neck for me to use. Most people require either paypal or only ship within the US. Usually both. The only way for me to pay on a successful auction would be with money order. :/ Still, I keep my eyes open around town and the like. I'm actually surprised at what I find in the area now and then.
