Yeah the DLC on it is mostly just tile sets and bgm collections along with a few sprite set makers. I never buy any of it unless I see it on sale for 50% off or so, although I'm fairly certain all of it is optional - pretty sure you can just draw/compose your own stuff to import like always. So as far as the DLC is concerned I'm not pissed off with it as I would normally be for a game loaded down with this much.

As for if I'll ever seriously make a game with it only time will tell I guess. I got a basic idea of what I want to do, but I've had that idea for a few years.
