This morning, I started thinking more about this, and I got to feeling rather strongly as if I may have posted/commented something almost exactly identical to this, years ago, in response to some other bullshit claim EA (at least, I'm pretty sure it was EA) had made about some fucked up thing they were doing but that, they said, they weren't really doing because they called it some other thing. It's EA after all, so it wouldn't be surprising if this was a regular type of thing with them.

Could just be deja vu or whatever, though. I don't much feel like trying to sleuth it out, regardless.
