This is the new Middle Earth thing, right? Hadn't been following it all that closely until now. That's a shame. Shadow of Mordor was pretty cool, I guess, but looks like I'll definitely be giving this one a pass, just on general principle.
Ah, well, it won't be long before the plebeians get used to this bullshit and it becomes the new norm, just like every goddamned other asinine thing that the video game industry has shat out of its malignant anus in the past couple decades, and then we'll have to wait to see whatever the next terrible dumb horseshit that comes down the sewer pipe to rant about will be. Dumbshit like this is why I mostly checked out of modern gaming years ago, aside from whatever I may happen to find for less-than-$5 on Steam sales and such.
