Over a week later, no reply. I had to do some searching with google but I did find a sega forum where it and a couple other DLC issues with the game are being discussed. At least some of it has been fixed on the EU store today/yesterday, so maybe the NA store will be fixed next Tuesday.

Really doubt I'll be buying any more sega for a good long while. Being an expensive DLC Whore pushes you up to the line. Not being able to release it properly, even if it's in part Sony's fault, pushes you over the line.
